Pre-Congress Workshop on 5D Technology

Another workshop was held at Castle Street Hospital for Women (CSHW) on 5D technology, prior to SLCOG Congress. Dr. Abhishek Kumar, Chief Consultant Radiologist at Suraksha Diagnostics & Director of Kumar Imaging and Diagnostics in New Delhi along with Mr. Bijoy Das, the Clinical Application Head of Health & Medical Equipment Division of Samsung (India) attended the event in order to share the experience of intriguing 5D technology with Sri Lankan consultants in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Kumar’s erudite presentation on ‘2D to 3D and ultimately 5D’ was followed by a hands-on session where the consultants and senior registrars performed live scanning with WS80A with Elite.
